However, there is no warranty or after-sales service for used or refurbished machines. We will send test videos and photos of the inner packaging of the parcel to you, ensuring that there are no problems with the machine before shipment.
The SeoulASICMiners Service Center is staffed by experienced experts who are familiar with all models of ASIC miners on the market. If necessary, they are ready to provide you with professional help and repair your mining equipment. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the device to our center for repair.
Machines in stock will be dispatched within 3-7 business days. If there are special circumstances, we will contact you to discuss the solution.
